Singapore, WE are coming back!

Thank you very much for the words of encouragement these few days. I agree with the parents that every child is going to bring home precious memories. Of course not all memories will definitely be happy ones. But I am sure that the unhappy ones made the sweet ones even sweeter, without the unhappy ones, how are they going to tell the difference between the sweet and the unhappy ones. As the saying goes, without unhappy ones there wouldn't be sweet ones.

Sad to say 3 of the girls had fallen ill on the 2nd last day of the trip. However swift actions were taken. They were brought to the hospital ( 1 during late night and 2 in the morning). The tour guide stayed behind to take care of the 3 girls and their fever subsided. Unfortunately something like that had to happen but the teachers really did their best to take quick and swift action.

Today the pupils visited Chen Huang Miao and the museum and the day ended with a grand 18-course dinner for the pupils. They were also given souvenirs and 2 beautiful pictures to carry along with them.

The trip is going to come to an end but it will not end for us until your precious ones return to your arms tomorrow. When I take a look at my boys, they are really funny. Most of them have swollen lips and the way they eat the fish during their meals is really amazing. I thought pupils disliked fish most but you will be amazed at how my boys swamp at the fish that are served during dinner.

In case some of you have forgotten, the flight number is MU567 at terminal 1. Well we will all see you tomorrow. Please feel free to give us your feedbacks of any kind about this trip. You can send them to low_kiah_wee@moe.edu.sg. See you soon!

Thank you teachers, you are just GREAT!!!

Really like to thank you for being there for the children throughout the whole trip and taking good care of them especially for those who are sick or homesick.

As for all the aspiring astronauts, you have done FANTASTICALLY well, i believe a week away has allowed all of you to learn how to be independent and appreciate the wonderful things in life..

3 cheers for all of you!!

The kids are back safe and sound. Thank you teachers for all the effort, care and concern, frazzled nerves....

We picked Rhe Anne up from the airport. She was very excited and couldn't wait to tell us all about the trip and various happenings. She asked if she could go again soon!

Rhe Anne was telling some lovely stories. Unfortunately, she lost her camera and doesn't have any photos. If anyone could send some, Rhe Anne would appreciate that greatly. Please send them to her mum's email hiewliting@hotmail.com

Thank you for the wonderful memories and friendships
